i know...i have been M-I-A!

Remember this post?  Well, it's gotten worse!  Work has totally taken over my life.  Don't get me wrong, I love my new role and I am working on some exciting projects...BUT, I do need to work toward a better work-life balance ratio.  I am always in awe of those that have way more responsibility than I have and seem to do it all.  For example, some of my fellow bloggers have demanding jobs AND kids and still seem to blog every day, cook every evening, and complete projects on the weekends!  What am I missing here?

This is my office AFTER I cleaned up quite a bit of paperwork!  Yes, I know, in addition to being the messiest office in the building, it is also totally uninspiring (embarrassing!).  I haven't decorated or personalized it at all...I promise, I am not this boring.  I just moved into this office...ok, it's been about 9 months, but when I first moved in, I had all these big plans to spruce up this space of big white walls and boring corporate America furniture.  Laziness played a role in the beginning and then I flat out didn't have time to organize the paper overflow on my desk much less decorate. Well, now I am inspired again to really get this office together and make it as beautiful as possible.  I promise to work on this and share my progress!
