If I had to say I was addicted to something, it would be coffee. However, I'm not your usual morning coffee drinker. I have my cup of coffee around 2 or 3pm as that is when I start dwindling at work. I also enjoy a good cup of coffee after dinner (I can drink coffee late at night and still fall asleep pretty quickly). I'm not even sure if the caffeine really keeps me awake or whether I just need to have that familiar cup of coffee next to me. Do you ever feel like that...like it's all in your head?
Anyway, I was exhausted yesterday morning so I stopped at a drive-through Starbucks on my way to work. I ordered my usual tall; non-fat; 1 splenda; latte (add "extra-hot" in the winter). It must have been my lucky day because when I got up to the window to pay, the lady told me that the woman in front of me paid for my drink! Isn't that so nice? I tried to pull up next to her to say thank you but she didn't look over. So, thank you to the random lady you paid for my latte yesterday morning! I shall return the favor to the person behind me next time.
